Delivery & Returns

Every order is packed and sent from our fulfilment partner in Crewe, Cheshire, so your parcel travels within the UK and there are no customs charges or import fees to pay on delivery.

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on our website include VAT.

Delivery times

• Orders placed by 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
• Delivery within the UK normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us and we will look into it straight away. We will deliver your order no later than 30 days after you place it unless we agree otherwise with you.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Please check your spam folder if you cannot see them.

Delivery outside the UK

This website currently delivers to UK addresses only. For orders to Ireland or the EU, please email office@ancestralsuperfoods.co.uk and we will tell you the best way to buy.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, is past its best before date or is not what you ordered, please email office@ancestralsuperfoods.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the original delivery charge, at no cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, and you also have rights after that period.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Because our products are food, we can accept returns of items that are unopened and still sealed. Please see our Right of Withdrawal page for the full details and a cancellation form.

How to return an item

1. Email office@ancestralsuperfoods.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm the return and send you any instructions.
2. Pack the items securely and send them to:

3. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

If you are returning items because you changed your mind, the cost of returning them is yours. If the items are faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return cost.

Refunds

We refund you to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you showing us proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. For faulty items you rejected within 30 days, we refund within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.
